2. PAYMENT

For Bulgarian orders:
You can select from the following payment options - Cash on delivery, Revolut, Paypal, or Credit card (UPC).

For international orders:
Available payment options: Credit Card/Revolut/Paypal. We will ship the items within 24 hours for orders placed Mon-Fri: until 6 pm.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. All credit card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store any Credit card details.

3. PRICING

All prices shown on the website are in Bulgarian lev or Euro (please use the selector at the top of the page to switch currencies) and include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges. If you select to pay by Paypal your total will be converted to euros, at an exchange rate of 1.95 leva for 1 Euro. Delivery charges are displayed separately on the Shipping and Payment pages. We require full payment for all international orders by Revolut, Paypal, or credit card. 
 

4. SECURITY

We do not store credit or debit card details. 


5. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please provide a copy of the delivery note and invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packing unless you request a replacement item. If you request a replacement for returned items you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.
 
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any opened product.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at info[at]zoya.bg. Please quote your order ID.
Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us, in writing, from the time of ordering until 14 days after receipt of the items. We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resaleable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.
We will reimburse the delivery cost of sending the items to you if they are simply unwanted.
