Some of the traditional raw materials they use to present the national greek cuisine are: pasteurized goat's milk directly from free-range herds, fresh eggs from controlled food units, durum wheat semolina from the Peloponnese, and among the end products you will find: trahana, kritaraki (orzo), chilopitaki (square pasta).
