Description
This cold-pressed sunflower seed oil is produced by a small family company in Northern Bulgaria. It is obtained by cold-pressing raw sunflower seeds and subsequent fine filtration, with no chemical treatment. Due to the low processing temperature (no more than 45 ° C) the oil is denser and thicker than refined sunflower seed oil, and has a specific aroma and the sweet flavor of sunflower. The occurrence of a precipitate is possible at temperatures below 20°C. Do not use for frying, boiling, or roasting.
How to use:
Use for salad dressings, marinades, and sauces. Storage:
Store in a cool dark place without direct sunlight. Over time, natural and unrefined oil can form a precipitate or become cloudy – this is a natural process and it does and does not mean that its properties are changed. Nutritional value per 100 g:
