Aroma:

Fresh, sweet, mildly minty.

Peak. Combines with the aroma of lavender, tea tree, ylang-ylang, lemon, rosemary, cedar.

BODY:

Suitable for nausea, vomiting, gas, diarrhea and constipation. Relieves sneezing. It is used in conditions as asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis. Relieves headaches. Removes mental fatigue. Due to the low concentration of menthol, it is very suitable for children.

SKIN:

Suitable for oily and combination skin and skin with large pores, also when treating dandruff.

SPIRIT:

Awakens chakras and activates the third eye.

Use:

For scenting the room – add a few drops in aroma lamp – acts refreshing

Massage - In 50 ml of base oil add no more than 15 drops of spearmint or in a combination with other oils and use as appropriate. For more information consult aromatherapist.

Bath - Add 3 drops of spearmint essential oil in a tub of warm water and mix vigorously. You can use a combination of several essential oils.
