Rosemary oil has been used since ancient times for its strengthening and stimulating effect on the body. The popular Mediterranean culinary herb has strong, sweet and slightly camphorous aroma. It can alleviate aches and pains, deeply moisturizes and revitalizes skin, improves blood circulation and is known to encourage hair growth. Therapeutic applications:

strengthening, stimulating, uplifting, antidepressant, digestive/clears respiratory tract, muscular pain.
Use in diffuser blends with a citrus or mint fragrance to cleanse a room and awaken creativity. A few drops inhaled from a tissue may also help to improve short term memory, particularly helpful during exams or periods of increased workload.

Directions for use:

For external use only. Rosemary should not be used by people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes.
To odorize rooms - improves the memory, balances the body and mind, chases away negative thoughts - add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil to an aromalamp or a diffuser.
Massage - add no more than 15 drops of rosemary essential oil to 50ml of base oil, or use a combination of essential oils according to the specific occasion. It is best to consult an aromatherapist for more information.
In a bath - blend 3 drops of rosemary essential oil in carrier oil and add to a tub of warm water while mixing vigorously. You can use a combination of several essential oils.
