Description
Pural Organic cream of tartar is gluten-free and phosphate-free. The tartaric acid which is used in the composition of our baking powder is a natural constituent of grapes, instead of the usual phosphates used as an acidifying agent. It gives every gluten-free pastry a fine note. Ideal for all kinds of cake, shortbread, biscuits and waffles. One pack is sufficient for 500g flour.
