Description

Freshly roasted hazelnuts grown in ecologically clean regions in Bulgaria. Carefully ground to obtain a smooth paste without further processing, refining or added salt and sugar. Oil can separate on the surface - this does not affect the quality of the product - just mix to restore creamy texture.

Directions for use:

Suitable for spreading on toast, as an ingredient of sauces and dressings, as a topping on fruit salads. Suitable to thicken creams, souffles or in smoothies and shakes. Its taste goes equally well in both savory and sweet recipes.
