Baobab fruit dry naturally on the tree and after harvesting the seeds are removed and sieved to powder. This baobab powder is a completely natural product, without any processing. The fruit contains more calcium than milk and also potassim, iron, magensium, zinc, manganese. Baobab is at least 6 times richer in vitamin C than oranges and has powerful antioxidant properties. A good source of pectin and other prebiotic soluble dietary fibers.
Use:
Add 1 tablespoon in a smoothie, juice or oameal or fortify homemade breads, pancakes and desserts.
