Description
Stoneground unbleached white flour has been gently dressed to sift out the bran. Very small particles of bran pass through the sieve and this characterises the natural wheaten colour of the bread. This is a great all-purpose flour – made from wheat where the germ and bran have been removed then slowly stoneground in the traditional manner to give it a lighter, finer texture. Providing dietary fibre and good levels of protein, this nutritious white flour is ideal for baking and bread making. During the milling, stone ground white flour absorbs part of the essential fatty acids from the germ, proteins and vitamins from the shell and it remains at a higher nutritional value compared to industrial brown flour. * Ground on a stone mill * No artificial additives * Fine structure
