With the gluten-free oat bread mix, you can make delicious fluffy oat loaves. Perfect for breakfast or packed for lunch. The gluten-free bread mix has ingredients of completely organic origin and a high fiber content. It is easy to mix and can be prepared the day before.
How to use Gluten-free bread mix Oat buns - organic:
Ingredients needed:
1 package Gluten-free mix for baking oat cakes
6 g yeast (fresh, gluten-free)
650 g of lukewarm water
Gluten-free oatmeal (optional)

Use a mold measuring approx. W14 x L20 cm size and minimum 6 cm height. Approx. 1.8 l. Cover the tin with foil and grease the foil with a little oil. Use a large mixing bowl and a whisk. Add the yeast to the water and whisk until dissolved. Then add the gluten-free mixture, whisking until it forms a thick, lump-free paste. Immediately pour the batter into the mold. Sprinkle with some gluten-free oats if desired. Cover with foil and leave the dough at room temperature for several hours. When the dough has risen well, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Preferably at night. Turn on the oven at 220 degrees and remove the dough from the refrigerator. Remove the dough from the pan by holding the foil. You can now easily cut into 8 pieces and carefully place on a tray covered with baking paper. The cakes are baked approx. 20 minutes. After baking, let them cool for approx. 1/2 hour before serving.
