Broccoli is a green plant which belongs to the cabbage family and its flowering head and stalk is eaten as a vegetable. The raw vegetable, as well as the powder, contains large a amount of potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and sulphur. Directions for use:

Well used in soups, vegetable juices, smoothies, or salads. You can also mix broccoli powder with water in a small glass to make a fresh green shot. Great to add to a pesto or use as coloring and as a nutrient boost in a dish. Do not use in combination with hot water due to the neutralisation of active enzymes.
