Pectin is a natural substance which is present in many fruits and vegetables. It is soluble fiber and acts as a gelling agent when mixed with liquid. Derived from high quality apples, our pectin is suitable for use in cooking and to enrich one's diet with fiber.

Directions:

Take 1/4 tsp (about 1g) daily. Mix it in a glass of water or juice. Sprinkle on muesli or add to soups, sauces and other foods. It can be used as a gelling agent for jams and marmalades. It is advisable to take more fluids while using pectin.
