The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1. POSTAGE PACKAGING & DELIVERY

We ship all products from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery costs are based on 4 zones:

Zone 1 - Sofia

Zone 2 - Other cities (Bulgaria)

Zone 3 - Shipping within Europe

Zone 4 - Other countries: please email us

Delivery rates:

19.50 BGN (9.90 EUR): for orders upto 1 kg
33.45 BGN (17.15 EUR): for orders 1-3 kg
44.95 BGN (23 EUR): for orders 3-5 kg

Preferred delivery time (for Bulgarian orders): +1.20 BGN

Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days for Bulgaria and 3-7 working days for Europe.

2. PAYMENT

For Bulgarian orders:

You can select from two payment options - cash on delivery or by credit card.

For international orders:

You can pay only by credit card in advance. We will ship the items once we have received full payment for an order.

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise a payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

3. PRICING

All prices shown on the website are in Bulgarian lev and include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed separately in the Shipping and Payment pages. We would require full payment for all international orders by Paypal, Moneybookers or credit card through a third party credit card operator (Borika).

4. SECURITY

We do not store credit or debit card details.

5. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the goods within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please provide a copy of the delivery note and invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packing, unless you request a replacement item. If you request a replacement for returned items you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any opened product.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at info[at]zoya.bg. Please quote your order ID.

Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us, in writing, from the time of ordering until seven working days after receipt of the items. We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resaleable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resaleble condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.

We will reimburse the delivery cost of sending the items to you if they are simply unwanted.
