Where we ship
1. Orders
For Bulgarian orders Mon - Sat 09am - 6pm - we will contact you by phone for delivery details within 2 hours of receiving your order.
For international orders - you will receive an email confirmation when we ship your order. We ship all orders on the next work day.
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Chech Republic, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey
2. Delivery
For Bulgarian orders: 99% of our Bulgarian orders are delivered on the next working day. We deliver same day for Sofia (for orders before 2pm Mon-Fri) and next day for other Bulgarian cities (for orders before 6pm Mon-Fri).
For other countries: Most of our orders are delivered within 3-8 working days.
3. Pick-up from selected locations in Sofia
In the process of ordering you can select to pick your products from selected locations in Sofia.

4. Payments
You can select from 2 payment options:
- in advance by credit card, Paypal, Moneybookers
- cash on delivery (only for Bulgarian orders)
Important note! Your credit card details are not stored on our site. All payments are processed by Moneybookers, Paypal or Borika - third party payment processor.
