How to Order
1. Placing an Order
For Bulgarian orders placed Monday -Saturday 09:00-18:00 hours - we will contact you by phone for delivery details within 2 hours of receiving of your order.
For all orders placed after 18:00 hours or Sunday - we will contact you on the next day.
For international orders - we will contact you by e-mail when we recieve your order.
2. Delivery
For Bulgarian orders: Most of our orders are delivered on the next business day.
For International orders: Most of our orders are delivered within 3-7 business days for European countries.

4. Payments
You can select from 2 payment options:
- in advance by credit card, Paypal, Moneybookers
- cash on delivery (only for Bulgaria)
Important note! We will not ask you to enter your credit card details on our site - payments are only made through Moneybookers, Paypal or Borika - the Bulgarian credit card payment operator!
