Homemade Raw Protein Bars
Ingredients: 30 g dates
30 g
Raw Cashew or Almonds
2 tbsp Rice Protein Powder
2 tbsp
Maca Powder (Optional)
1 tbsp
Mesquite Powder (Optional)
small amount of water
Directions: Chop dates and nuts in food processor and chop until chunky. Place the mixture in a large bowl. Add Rice Protein Powder and other powders. Add small amounts of water as you mix with a large spoon. Keep adding water in small amounts until all powders are mixed with the dates and nuts and it forms a think dough.
Place the mixtures on a cutting board and cut into pieces of any size you like. The mixture is enough for 7-9 size of a large protein bars. Keep them in a warm place for a couple of hours to dehydrate. Enjoy!
