Organic Chlorella & Spirulina Capsules 180 x 400mg. Each capsule contains 200mg of organic broken cell wall chlorella and 200mg of organic spirulina. Certified organic by the Soil Association.
SUGGESTED USE:
The recommended daily intake is 6-8 capsules taken all at once or 2-3 times during the day. The capsules should ideally be taken 30 minutes before meals and with water. For the first week, it is advisable to take a reduced dose (3-4 capsules per day) to help minimise any detoxification symptoms which may occur.
